OH MY GOD! STANDING OVATION FOR NASTIA LIUKIN AGAIN, SHE IS WAWING TO THE WHOLE ARENA AND SAYING THANK YOU WITH IT. EVERYONE IS SCREAMING, NASTIA IS SO THANKFULL AND GRATEFUL FOR EVERYTHING. SHE IS SO HAPPY. SHE KNOWS THAT’S IT AND IT WAS HER LAST PERFORMANCE. FOR EVER!
Nastia’s beam today will probably be the last time we see her do gymnastics.
And I’m crying at the thought of this. Seriously,I’m so not ready for goodbye. Damn.

Nastia fell so hard but still got up, fighting back the tears and finishes that bar routine AND DID AMAZING DISMOUNT. SHE GOT STANDING OVATION AND THE CROWN WENT CRAZY. NASTIA IS OVERWHELMED. The crowd supporting her was one of the most touching gymnastics moments.
Right before Day 1 of Olympic Trials.. I love this pic because Nastia is in the back. :D shes always happy!! and I am sure Aly and Mckayla saw her in the pic, most likely used front facing camera on their phone.

If you are still wondering, yes Nastia Liukin is my favourite gymnast. She has been my role model since 2007. :”’)
Nastia has to hit at least a mid 15 score, twice, on beam and bars. In my opinion Jordyn Wieber cannot get solid 15’s on bars at the olympics. She doesn’t swing the bars she muscles them and will be deducted for that. I really hope she can get in to the team. If she nails beam and get decent scores on bars I think she has a great chance to take Kyla Ross’s 5th spot in the usa gymnastics team.
